GENERAL PRINCIPLE OF LEARNING
1.       Learning environment must be conducive
2.       In learning , responses are modified by their consequences
3.       Learning processes must be progressive and systemic
4.       Learning is affected by individual differences
5.        Learning process must be gradual, challenging and meaningful
6.       Learner must be matured to learn what has been offered
7.       Repetition is an essential strategy in learning
8.       Learner with adequate learning readiness learn faster, better than unmotivated ones
9.       Learning must be rewarded or reinforced
10.   Individual learn better when satisfied result follows the learning exercise
MISCONCEPTION OF LEARNING
1.       Cramming is not learning
2.       Rote learning is not learning ; this is not learning because it is just a repetition of what is being said
TYPES OF LEARNING
1.       Conditioning learning: This can be classified into two, which are classical conditioning, this is discussed by PAVLOV –IVAM(1849-1936) and also instrumental conditioningwhich is discussed bySKINNER B.F (1904-1990)
2.       Skill learning: This is discussed by BLOOM
3.       Experiential learning:  This is discussed by PIAGET
